Good food fast and hassle free. Just walk in , choose you sandwich, pay. It takes under one minute and the food is in your hand. Amazingly fast and tastes great.

First time eating there on Friday. Great customer service by everyone in there . The cleanest place I've ever eaten at and the sandwich was the best one from anywhere, worth every penny and if you haven't tried this place you need to, I will be going there as often as I can!

The daytime manager is absolutely amazing, definitely needs a raise! My friends and I will definitely be back solely because of the customer service received from the manager.

Great sandwich you could even be around the corner in call in for it and it will be ready the way you want it theyll even know who you are because they already have your number in their system love your food never forget it's awesome thank you for great customer service

I have ordered from Jimmy John's many, many times. The sandwiches are excellent, piled high & loaded to the hilt. The drivers are quick, courteous & worth tipping more than a couple of bucks. Also, a true sign of a great business, the owner has delivered my order to me more than once; now that's what I call GREAT leadership skills... leadership by example, willing to do what he asks his employees to do. My most favorite thing about Jimmy John's... they deliver AND sell Coke products. Four stars, Two thumbs up, A+.

Iv had the gargantua and the pepe. Good solid sandwiches. I think there bread is what makes there sandwiches stand out.Try the pickles.

F-ing fast, F-ing delicious!

They always get our online order wrong twice now they gave us the wrong bread, so it's better to go in person cause apparently someone has issues reading orders.11/1/19Gave them on more try and still couldn’t get our order right sandwich had tomatoes missing pickle and mustard, soda was literally only 3 quarters full only. How hard is it to get your order right. I’d suggest if you want to eat here go in instead of having it delivered.

Better than subway. Way better. Alittle more expensive but that's the trade off. If you want a quality sub, get it here.

Best deli ever

They only offer pavolony cheese you have to pay extra for Swiss or cheddar. I don't care for pavolony, I a senior and on a fixed income, so I guess I'll stick with subway

Edited review. I have been going back recently, and the veggie subs were made perfectly every time and the employees are really nice and polite. Now I'm in the mood for another sub. Adding pickles to it is a must!

Always fresh, fast, and friendly. Bbq chips are incredible.

We just ordered sandwiches for a Thanksgiving Feast for 60 6th graders. Jimmy John's staff was incredibly accommodating; ensuring there was enough variety to appease everyone. The sandwiches were delivered on time and freshly made. The price fit our budget and EVERYONE (including our students with GIANT appetites) ate to bursting! I love this place! The sandwiches taste so much better than those at Subway. Don't kill me, please. 😂 The store looks pretty nice too, just a little small, so don't expect to sit your family down there. Just take the sandwiches to go. 😊

According to our receipt, Morgan was the employee that took our order (she didn't have on a name tag). It was too much trouble for her to give my son tomatoes on the side (she claimed she had nothing to put the tomatoes in). So we ordered them on the sandwich and he picked them off. However, she was able to put hot peppers on the side, wrapped in a sandwich paper.When we asked for napkins, she blankly pointed at a pile of napkins instead of saying anything or handing us a few. No smile, no "have a good day", bad customer service!!

I've eaten at this place three times and all times I've had the same expierience. It was 4 dollars for a slim 4 which contained meat and bread... that's a little pricey in my opinion, and they're ok if you fold the meat in half and rip the rest of the bread off. The workers there had terrible attitudes and didn't deserve any gratuity at all. They dealt with my family and I very badly and they were over all just rude. The first person you talk to is supposed to be friendly to make you feel like your in a fun environment but Joey, the guy that took my order, was very rude and seemed like he didn't want to work there at all. Overall I give this place 1 star and I wouldn't recommend it very much.

Get the Italian Night Club! I could seriously make a meal off of the bread alone! Great food, fun atmosphere, and very friendly staff!

Have not tried them yet I hear you can have them make your sandwiches as un-wich Which means no bread I'm wanting to try it Will let you know how it works out 🤔

The woman who owns the Jimmy John's in apple valley is a real horrible low class terrible nasty disgusting greedy loser. The deal was advertised for Tuesday not just from 4 to 8. Not everyone saw the fliers or can see the Stupid sign from the road. She mistreated us when I was trying to get a dollar deal a little ahead of time. I drove very far just to have the sandwiches. Normally these sandwiches aren't worth the full price. Subway can customize and Jersey Mike's and others are better. They give you more for the money paid. I'm an old lady and I'll never go back there or to any jimmy johns
